The Urbanist Fund is a 501(c)(3) public charity that supports the reporting and educational work of The Urbanist. Donations to The Urbanist Fund are tax deductible as charitable donations. There are several ways you can make a contribution.

Checks

Please make your check payable to “The Urbanist Fund.” Checks that arrive made out to only “The Urbanist” will be considered support for our 501(c)(4) organization, so if you’d like your donation to be tax-deductible, please double check the name.

Employer Matching Gifts

Many employers will match your donation to The Urbanist Fund. If you work at a company like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, T-Mobile, Salesforce, Tableau, Boeing, or the Gates Foundation, you may be able to double or even triple your donation through a workplace giving program.
